This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications with excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies. Provide support to medical or dental professionals as needed, including handling patient inquiries. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer service experiences. Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Demonstrated computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not mandatory.
