Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Marlboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy contributing to a fast-paced environment, this position may be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing a warm and organized reception experience.
- Manage inbound calls efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and organize packets and other materials for distribution as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk activities.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve client or visitor concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing inquiries effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with preparing and distributing packets or similar materials.
- Competency in basic administrative functions, including scheduling and data entry.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
