Full Job Description Location:

Sculpture Body Center in Watertown, MA Sculpture Body Center is a premier medical spa dedicated to enhancing our clients’ wellness and appearance through advanced treatments and personalized care. We are seeking a friendly and organized Part Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Specifically, we are looking for someone to work Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Up to 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Process client checkouts, schedule appointments, and manage bookings. Learn about our services and educate clients on available treatments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Prepare treatment rooms for services and assist with light cleaning. Handle light laundry duties as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and client inquiries.

Qualifications:

2 years previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a Spa setting A professional, polished, and friendly demeanor. Willingness to learn about medical spa treatments and educate clients.
