Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Recruiting Solutions Wareham, MA 02571 Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Family owned and well established auto dealership needs your administrative, reception and office expertise to contribute to the strategic development of this organization. As an administrative assistant/receptionist, you will be responsible for the first point of contact for our guests, answer inquiries, direct guests, handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, professional appearance, work well under pressure, have exceptional organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge and experience of answering phones, completing reports, excellent computer skills, a can-do attitude that enjoys a team environment that prides itself on excellent customer service and creative problem-solving skills, you may qualify for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the friendly face and voice of our dealership, greeting customers and answering calls with enthusiasm
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
  • Keep our office running smoothly with efficient scheduling, data entry, and paperwork management
  • Support the team by handling emails, filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Help create a positive and welcoming environment for both employees and guests
  • Work cooperatively with the sales team and other departments
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
Qualifications:
  • Two (2) plus years of experience with administrative and receptionist functions in a fast paced office environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor
  • Pleasant phone and customer service skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • A professional appearance
  • Abilities as they relate to organization, time-management, and efficient operations
  • Verifiable experience with Microsoft Office Suites is required
  • Data entry and filing experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Reliable Transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Good writing and oral communication skills

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour
