Part-Time Receptionist Lowrey Financial Group Hingham, MA 02043 LFG Advisors, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in our Hingham office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a friendly, professional work environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care Send out birthday and special occasion cards to clients Keep the office well-organized Track and manage office supply orders Maintain basic records and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel Provide general administrative support to staff Assist with light data entry and other computer-based tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic computer programs Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Prior office experience is a plus but not required
