We are neighbors helping neighbors. We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Receptionist for a full-time or Part-time position located in our Norwell Office.
Schedule:
Full Time Monday – Friday between 8-5 or Part Time 20 hours per week flexible schedule What will you be doing: The Receptionist will support the organization, being the front facing employee for all visitors. The receptionist will assist in the communication and coordination of quality services of the mufti-disciplinary team for safe and exceptional patient/client care. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff Manage the front desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary Monitor logbooks and assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying Update calendars and maintain meeting room bookings Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints when needed Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient front-desk operations Support event planning and internal communications as required What we’re looking for in you: 2+ years of front desk reception experience High School Diploma Required High level of customer service Ability to work independently and collaboratively What’s in it for you?
