Job Description
A high volume property management company is partnering with Randstad to find a contract Receptionist/Administrative support professional. This temporary role will be fully on site in Hyde Park MA. The main functions of the role are to answer phones, greet and assist visitors/residents, document management, ensure proper follow-through on work-orders/maintenance requests, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, familiarity with admin tasks, keen organizational skills, and prior experience in a receptionist position for a busy office.

8:45am
- 5pm Monday
- Thursday // Fridays 8:45am
- 1pmsalary: $19
- $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8:45 AM

- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist residents with inquiries and issues
- Work order intake
- Assist with scheduling maintenance repairs
- Handle additional reception and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent customer service (empathetic and deescalation skills), communication skills, and phone etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
