• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Job Description:

  Excellent opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to work for a locally owned business in Presque Isle. Excellent full-time schedule with hours available in the morning and evenings. FT/Days; 6:00 AM

• 2:45 PM, or Full-Time/Evenings; 2:00 PM
• 11:30 PM, Sunday
• Saturday.

Previous experience helpful, but not required. $16.00/hr. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for updating reservations, processing payments, responding to customer requests for assistance and/or information, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and assist guests at the check-in counter.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to requests for assistance and information.
Process requests for room reservations.
Complete administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Provide concierge services and information about local amenities and attractions.
Prepare invoices for guests at check-out and ensure that payments are processed correctly.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education.
At least 1-2 years of professional customer service experience. Prior experience in hospitality industry strongly valued. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently.

FT/Days; 6:00 AM

• 2:45 PM, or Full-Time/Evenings; 2:00 PM
• 11:30 PM, Sunday
• Saturday.

Pay:
