Receptionist at North Country Animal Hospital in Caribou, Maine, United States Job Description Busy, thriving veterinary practice is seeking a cheerful, compassionate person for front desk duties. Primary responsibilities will be checking patients in, checking patients out, and answering the phone. Phone call duties range from scheduling appointments and answering general pet care questions, to screening possible emergency calls. All records are now digital, so computer skills are required. Job-specific training will be provided as needed. Schedule will be working 4 days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm, with one hour paid lunch break.
