Duties include:

• Answering phones and returning phone messages
• Taking daily reservations
• Organizing the upcoming night for the host
• Selling Gift Certificates
• Having a knowledge of our food and wine list to satisfy guest questions.
• Completing simple daily tasks (stamping and wiping menus, making cards for special occasions, minor clerical tasks)
• Flower and site maintenance (arranging and organizing flowers, input on seasonal decorating Principals only.
