Job Description

Description We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Receptionist to join our team on a part-time Contract basis in South Portland, Maine. This position requires someone who is welcoming, organized, and proactive in assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Maintain the overall organization and appearance of the office, keeping it tidy and well-stocked.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Answer calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Organize and update files to maintain an efficient office environment. Requirements
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to organize and manage files effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
