About the Role We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our vibrant, client-focused salon. This is more than just a front desk job; you’ll be the orchestrator of a team that thrives on collaboration, growth, and making every client feel seen and celebrated. As the first point of contact for every guest, you’ll help shape the experience that keeps our clients coming back. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our salon running smoothly while growing your own skills in a positive, team-centered space. What You’ll Do Greet clients with a warm, professional welcome and create an inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk in Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and confirmations using our salon software, Phorest Handle phone, text, and voicemail communications with accuracy and efficiency Process payments for services and retail through Square Support the entire salon team proactively—jumping in to help, problem-solve, and uplift the team culture Participate in team meetings, retreats, and events that build connection and fuel professional growth
What You’ll Get Compensation:
