Job Description
Your Mission Will be the first point of contact for the company
Welcome and greet visitors and employees as they enter the business
The receptionist executes administrative support across the company Maintains security and telecommunications system
Answer phones and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members; take messages as required
Greet visitors and direct them to the proper location
Ensure that visitors and guests sign in and out of the visitor log
Issue and collect identification badges as required
Sort and distribute daily mail Perform other clerical work such as typing, filing, computer entry, envelope stuffing for other departments as needed Your Profile High School education or equivalent
Must be able to work daily, Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Must have computer knowldge and skills, ability to use office equiptment, such as, computer, copier, fax, postage machine, and multi-extension switchboard
Understanding of Microsoft Office programs
Detailed oreintated
Receptionist experience preferred but not required
Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
Understanding of confidentiality Our Offer Temporary position with opportunity to onboard permenantly Full-time hours, must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
