Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a medical office setting—especially pediatrics—and be confident in handling administrative and scheduling responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer and route phone calls efficiently Collect and verify insurance information Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with the clinical team to support daily operations Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical front desk or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents Knowledge of insurance verification and medical scheduling Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Reliable transportation required A positive attitude and a strong team-player mindset
