Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, upscale experience
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries professionally
• Schedule and confirm appointments using [software used
• DaySmart Spa]
• Manage client check-ins and check-outs
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Educate clients on services, products, and promotions
• Support providers and management with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (experience in aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry preferred)
• Proficient with scheduling software and POS systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client care
