Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and friendliness Schedule appointments via phone, email, and website inquiries Respond promptly to customer emails and online scheduling requests Maintain and update customer records in our database Provide exceptional customer service and support Perform accurate data entry and general office administrative tasks Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure smooth scheduling Assist with other duties and projects as needed
