Receptionist Location :

St. Charles, MO 63304 The Receptionist will be responsible for answering multi-phone line system greeting customers, visitors, suppliers, and candidates, and providing some administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate persons Greet incoming visitors, customers, suppliers and applicants with a positive attitude Write down phone messages for the company’s president Date & stamp incoming faxes and distribute them Open and distribute incoming mail & invoices Mail invoices, statements, and other documents Run outgoing mail through meter- both domestic and international Update and distribute weekly lunch menu Update company calendar Update customer contact database (Magic) Stock paper in copy machine and fax machine Update employee extension and email list Order supplies Stock refrigerator in breakroom and large conference room This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent communication and organizational skills Very personable Proficient in Microsoft office and have advanced typing skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma 1+ year as a front desk receptionist in a corporate office 1+ year answering and directing all phone calls on a multi-line system
