We pride ourselves on client education, practicing high-quality medicine, and always advocating for what’s in the best interest of both the client and patient. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about animals and people. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills , a bubbly, positive attitude , and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced and compassionate environment. Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Checking in and discharging patients Accurate invoicing and payment processing Answering multi-line phones and scheduling appointments Maintaining patient records and updating charts Assisting with prescription pickups and retail purchases Promoting and selling food, supplements, and grooming items Keeping the lobby and front desk area clean and organized Managing incoming/outgoing mail and emails Working collaboratively with the entire hospital team
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience (veterinary field preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable with computer-based systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive attitude Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
