The agent is responsible for effective time management, providing top-tier customer service, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while assisting individuals with enrollment in various identity verification services. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict compliance protocols, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Manage the enrollment process within the DMV operation. Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy, and provide exceptional customer engagement. Collect and verify the required documentation for fingerprint enrollment services. Capture biometric data such as fingerprints and photographs accurately and efficiently. Input customer information accurately into the enrollment systems. Operate enrollment systems and equipment following established protocols. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and Idemia/IdentoGO policies. Process payments securely and provide receipts to customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all customer data. Manage appointments and assist walk-in customers to optimize operations. Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot minor technical issues. Promptly report discrepancies or operational issues appropriately. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives immediately, and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain office organization at all times Collaborate with team members as necessary to ensure efficient office operations and assist with various administrative tasks as required. Must possess a willingness to learn and grow. Adhere to the code of conduct and employee manual. Experience 1+ years of proven experience in a DMV role is required Excellent listening skills and critical thinking are required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment Accurate processing of cash, checks, and credit card transactions Strong attention to detail is essential for proofreading and document management Qualifications Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience to be considered High school diploma or equivalency (required); Associate’s degree or higher (preferred). Experience in customer service, identity verification, or security-related roles (preferred) Critical and analytical thinker. Excellent work ethic and follow-through ability. Proven administrative experience. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to listen, comprehend, and follow directions. Must have the ability to work independently and cooperatively as a team player in a shared office space. Effective administrative experience. Excellent customer interaction experience. Must have the ability to pass a background and fingerprint check. Must have the ability to pass a drug screening.
