Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Legal Receptionist in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support attorneys and staff.

$40,000 – $42,000 annual

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming calls; take detailed messages when necessary Schedule and confirm client appointments Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and court documents Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Perform data entry and maintain client records in case management systems Handle confidential information with discretion Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation Coordinate with legal staff to ensure smooth office operations Provide general support to attorneys, paralegals, and office management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration or legal studies is a plus Previous experience in a legal or professional office setting preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with legal software is an asset Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
