We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing, energetic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office management tasks. Generous bonus program available! Duties Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls Maintain appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and managing reminders. Provide administrative support including filing, clerical tasks, and office organization. Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes. Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist in the dental field, or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer support skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
