Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Place patients on different modalities for the doctor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with billing processes and money collection
- Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate patient referrals and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other staff members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
