Front Desk Receptionist/Tolls Administrator C3 Rentals Hattiesburg, MS 39402 Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Toll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing office operations efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet patrons in a welcoming and professional manner. Monitor and resolve issues related to ticketed trailers and toll invoices. Enroll, update, and document tolls and tickets in Salesforce for accurate billing. Collaborate with team members to complete toll and ticket billing and collections. Investigate and respond to inquiries about toll violations, invoices, and disputes. Review and respond to Salesforce requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution. Identify trends in toll violations to support operational improvements. Work cross-functionally to enhance products and procedures. Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
