Position Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and personable Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is detail-oriented, and can handle a fast-paced environment with a smile.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls Process payments for service and parts transactions Balance cash drawer and reconcile receipts Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred
