As a Sales and Customer Service Associate , you’ll play a key role in helping our clients feel cared for, supported, and inspired on their wellness journeys.
What You’ll Do:
Educate clients on the benefits of massage, skin care, and stretch. Build lasting relationships with members and guests. Recommend services and retail products to help clients continue their care at home.
Support front desk operations:
greet guests, schedule appointments, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment.
