The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes if applicable, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients. Utilize office management software and Google Suite for various administrative tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently. Must be able to perform laundry tasks (washing, drying, folding linens). Skills Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Familiarity with phone systems and multi-line phones. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
