Secretary/Receptionist Gordon Redd Lumber Company, Inc. Brookhaven, MS 39601 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and excellent time management abilities. Responsibilities Greet visitors and customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation for easy access. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Prepare reports and other documents as required by the management team. Maintain office cleanliness – DAILY. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Skills Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Capable of functioning as a personal assistant when necessary to support executives or team leaders.
