PM Evening Receptionist Job Description
Greet/direct/assist visitors of the ACC Dillingham Campus/Literacy
Building in a warm and welcoming way.
Provide excellent customer service to a diverse population of students, prospective students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Assist with outreach efforts of prospective students (prospect calls,
emails, etc.).
Provide clerical assistance to Workforce Development administrative
staff.
Responsibilities include:
Receiving office visitors
Scheduling student appointments
Answering and routing telephone calls and e-mail contacts
Providing information to prospective and current students.
The Workforce Development Receptionist/Assistant helps register for classes and find connections to ACC and Alamance County resources and services.
