• 12pm We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment while supporting the administrative functions of our office. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner. Answer phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office activities. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, email communication, and collaboration with team members. Provide support in office management tasks to ensure smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling client inquiries. Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
