Brunswick Forest Master Association is a large, active community in Leland, NC, managed by CAMS (Community Association Management Services). This community seeks a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to work in the Fitness and Wellness Center.
Hours of Work:
14-15 hours per week are guaranteed. Part-time shifts are weekdays from 1 pm to 9 pm, with occasional morning shifts from 5:30 am to 1 pm. Weekend shifts are rotating weekends on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am-2 pm or evening shift from 2-9 pm. Pay is $12.00 per hour Responsibilities Adhering to Opening/Closing/Mid-Shift Procedures Greeting and welcoming new & existing residents Mindbody Software Knowledge (not required, but preferred) Checking residents in Approving/Declining requested appointments Making/Confirming massage appointments Handling residents’ purchases Answering phones, taking messages Making sure welcome packets are up to date Adding emails to the database distribution list Completing Work Order requests from residents Towel laundry and folding Light Stocking Stocking/light cleaning coffee bar Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
