Sundays 1pm-5pm Mondays/ Wednesdays 3pm-9pm We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be standing the entire shift. Greet and welcome members upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Sign people up for memberships and Insurance memberships. Maintain accurate records through data entry and Gym Assistant Programs. Handle phone calls professionally, providing information about services and amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences. Perform office management tasks as needed, including filing and maintaining organized documentation. Responsibilities Skills Strong customer support skills with a focus on member satisfaction. Proficient in computer systems with experience in data entry. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with members.
