• Related License/Certification in the industry (Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail, Massage, etc) OR
• Experience in the Spa/Salon Industry OR
• Experience with Booker or Mindbody software PAY is $10-15 per hour

OPEN:

Full Time Tues-Fri 10-7 and Sat 10-5 or

Part Time:

EVERY SATURDAY 9

30-5:30 PLUS potentially some FRIDAYS.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s booking system
• Provide information to clients about spa services, packages, and promotions
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa treatments based on their needs and preferences
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly
• Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to sell products or services effectively
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in jewelry, wireless, electronics, or related industries
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Cash handling experience is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
