Spa Coordinator Aegean Medical 204 Craven Street, New Bern, NC 28560 Aegean Med Spa is glowing and growing! We are hiring a part

  • time front end receptionist for 20-30 hours per week.

Mondays 8:45 am

  • 4:00pm Wednesdays 8:45 am
  • 7:00 pm Thursdays 8:45 am
  • flex As the receptionist for Aegean, you set the pace for each client’s relaxation experience.

You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Job Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: Welcoming clients in a warm-friendly manner Provide EXCELLENT, high-class customer service Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records In charge of answering calls and online inquiries in a timely manner. Directing call flows to both the Med Spa and Medical Center. Ability to maintain professionalism Ensuring a peaceful and relaxed environment. Help with daily housework such as laundry, restocking, and cleaning. Backup relaxation room attendant when needed to include: Salt Lounge and Float Pod Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders Time-keep services to make sure clients are rotated out in a timely manner. Reschedule appointments Collect payments

Requirements/ Previous Experience:
  • Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required. Med Spa experience preferred.
  • HIPAA training is preferred but not required (we offer on the job training)
  • Previous high-end customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Willing to train the right candidate that exemplifies superior customer service skills and organization.
