Full Job Description Front Desk Agent Duties:

• Spa experience required
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Selling Add On Services
• Cleaning of spa and facilities
• Provide information about spa facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with night audit duties as needed

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of spa management systems and front desk operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
