You will be one of the first faces people see when coming to get a new tattoo, piercing, or jewelry! Providing impressive customer service while ensuring a smooth check-in and out process. This job requires personality, organization, attention to detail, Photoshop experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients warmly and quickly, inquiring about what service they need. Manage the check-in process and make sure all documentation is provided. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Aid with entering customer data into our personal contact and marketing system. Collaborate with the artists about scheduling and client inquiries. Utilize computerized systems for booking reservations and managing guest information. Creating designs based on the client’s wants in Photoshop. Secure deposits and enter detailed appointment information. Filming and editing videos for marketing, entertainment, etc. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong customer service. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Photoshop and video editing are required.
