Starting at $16.09 Build Your Purpose. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the company as a whole, by answering a multi-line phone at a busy mental health clinic, scheduling appointment for clients, checking clients in as they come in for appointments, verifying insurance and collecting co-pays. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to provide the following services: Practice and maintain a courteous and patient phone manner Ability to multi-task Demonstrate the ability to interact with clients entering into clinic in a respectful manner Have excellent oral and written communication skills Be competent with office software applications Be adept at initiating daily activities without direct supervision Able to work both independently and collaboratively
