Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and return voicemails promptly and courteously Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently Greet and check in/out clients and their pets Assist groomers with tasks such as nail trims and brushing, as needed Help groomers safely restrain dogs and cats during grooming Maintain cleanliness and order in the front lobby and reception area Clean and sanitize the small cage room regularly File and organize client records Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned We look forward to meeting you!
