Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments, manage the calendar, and confirm upcoming visits. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans. Process payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently. Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint during exams or procedures when necessary. Provide information on preventative care, nutrition, and general pet wellness to clients. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Handle any client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred. Familiarity with veterinary terminology is essential for effective communication. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and animal anatomy is highly beneficial.
