Job Description
Front Desk Associate Rise Indoor Sports 419 Twins Way, Bermuda Run, NC 27006 Provide tours of the facility, assist with enrolling new members for our fitness center, check in athletes and guests for practices/tournaments, process various monetary transactions, and have the willingness to learn new skills that will help you improve your performance. Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the telephone. Detail oriented and motivated. Think critically, juggle multiple tasks and set priorities. Flexible in scheduling and with duties assigned. Sensitive to timeliness, arriving for work on time (or early) and meeting deadlines while on duty. Attend mandatory meetings and training. Maintain a clean and sanitized working environment. Adhere and enforce all company policies and procedures. Passionate about sports, fitness and recreation. Assist in the Concession Stand when needed. •Previous customer service experience preferred, not required. We are interviewing now for a start date of May 1, 2025.
