Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage a multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly Schedule and confirm appointments for Dentists and Hygienists Keep provider schedules filled and organized Manage the check in/check out process with patients Collect and post payments while following company financial policies Review treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients Accurately enter and update patient info in Denticon Keep the front office and lobby tidy and welcoming Support your teammates and contribute to a positive office vibe Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the
Team:
A minimum of 1-2 years of dental front office experience Strong communication and customer service skills Great organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and team player mentality Proficiency with computers and practice management software (Denticon experience a plus!) High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up 15- 20 lbs.
