The position is open to qualified individualist who are seeing to work in a great and supportive environment, and seeking to learn, expand their skills, and to grow in our practice. Also, our office assistance is preferred to be bilingual but is not required to apply. The Office assistance need to be fast typing, organized, follow HIPPA guidelines, have good management of time, have good costumers’ services skills, and be proactive and be able to work independently. The candidate needs to have experience working on office settings. Resume are required and reference letter. Also, the candidate is required to have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, skills, and experience to be able to work independently as well as be a fast learner. The individual would be managing patients’ payment, updating patient information, handling office calls. The hired employee needs to be able to be open to be involved and be open to growth with our practice. We prefer a minimum of an associate or bachelor degree, but no need it. However, all skilled candidates are encouraged to apply. The position is Mon-Sat. Some weekends are required, and some are off. Other duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with self-pay patients . Follow HIPPA guidelines
