We specialize in providing exceptional boarding, daycare, and full grooming services for dogs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for pets and their owners. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Tails R Waggin Day Spa and Resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and managing front desk operations to support our pet care services. Responsibilities Input, maintain, and process required information to effectively operate daycare, boarding, and grooming. Receive, transfer, and take messages for incoming phone calls. Patience, good manners, communication, articulation, and confidence are an integral part of this duty. Must also possess the ability to listen effectively. Reply to client’s emails and RunLoyal messages inquires about daycare, boarding, and grooming services in a professional and grammatically correct manner. Maintain office supplies. Ability to maintain and create infographics, social media reels, posts, videos, stories, etc. Maintain the general appearance of the reception areas, common areas, breakroom, conference rooms and bathrooms. Ensure items are stocked and kept in an orderly and organized fashion. Demonstrate a genuine interest in the well-being of pets in our care. Ability to provide exceptional care during one-on-one playtime with pets. Maintain a high level of communication and work collaboratively with all personnel in a manner that is consistent with TRW’s policies and procedures. Actively support the mission, vision, and goals. Accurately maintain records as required to ensure that accurate and timely information is available. Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Capability of providing daycare and boarding tours, with the ability to showcase the services provided. Perform other duties as required to improve the function of the organization. Requirements Provide exceptional customer service. Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to work well and communicate effectively with the public, fellow employees, contractors, and owners. Ability to process paperwork and maintain an efficient record system. Ability to work independently. Work different shifts, holidays, and weekends – as needed. Provide general office and clerical assistance. Handle high volume of calls & customer inquiries. Understand and carryout oral and written instructions, express ideas effectively, orally and in writing. Show maturity and good judgement; perform the job functions in a professional manner and work efficiently under pressure. Experienced with proper cleaning and sanitary methods. Knowledgeable with computers, software, telephones, printers, etc
