• The Sanga Agency is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our High Point office.

In this important front-desk role, you’ll support our agents and customers by creating a positive first impression, assisting with basic service needs, and helping our Spanish-speaking clients feel confident and understood. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner (in person and over the phone) Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to support client inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agency staff Handle basic client service tasks like accepting payments, collecting documents, or providing policy status updates Perform general administrative duties: scanning, filing, email support, and data entry Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment Support the agency team with special projects as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles preferred Friendly, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills Comfortable working with computers, email, and office software Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required Why Work With Us? Compensation :
