Chiropractic Receptionist Dynamic Medical & Rehabilitation 1 Centerview Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407 Fast paced office looking for a qualified Chiropractic Receptionist to keep our Chiropractic facility patient flow running smoothly. All applicants must be motivated to work hard alongside other staff, posses superior communication skills and be highly organized. Computer knowledge and office experience required. An essential part of this job includes the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our Chiropractic facility. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm and interest! Responsibilities Greeting patients, help them complete their paperwork, and schedule follow up appointments. Patient care is our top priority! Follow daily protocol and stay in constant contact with corporate office. Aid and assist chiropractor as well as other support staff when necessary Skills Proven work experience as a receptionist Knowledge administrative processes and principles Ability to handle medical records discreetly and professionally following the rules of HIPAA Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations Communication skills and a customer service orientation

Requirements:

High School Diploma or

GED 6-12

months relevant experience strongly recommended in a rehab setting or office setting
