As the first point of contact for patients, this role is essential to ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks in—or calls in. Position Overview The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and staff. You’ll manage the front desk, assist with patient scheduling and check-in, and support smooth day-to-day operations in the clinic. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer and manage incoming calls and emails Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments Coordinate patient intake forms and maintain accurate records Assist in administrative tasks (scanning, filing, basic data entry) Support the clinical team in managing patient flow throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized front office environment Qualifications Prior experience in a medical office, spa, or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Proficient in basic computer systems (email, scheduling software, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude Position Details Part-Time or Full-Time availability Work location: Koher Medical office in High Point, NC Monday-Friday hours with occasional Saturday availability a plus Paid training provided Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities available within the practice Why Join Koher Medical?
