Part Time Receptionist 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Greensboro, NC 27405 We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable part time veterinary receptionist for a busy small animal practice. Must have a welcoming demeanor and positive personality.
Duties would include:
greeting our clients when they call and check in for appointments, answering multiple phone lines, checking clients in and out, processing payments, invoicing and creating estimates, filing and creating charts, answering questions from clients about their pets and communicating closely with the doctor. Must be available for Saturdays 7:00 am- 12:00 pm. Previous experience with impromed/infinity and windows based computer systems is a plus!
Experience:
at least 1 year in the veterinary field and highly proficient with data entry and multitasking.
