Job Description:
As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in setting the tone for their experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism (both in person and over the phone)
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow
Accurately checking in and out patients, processing payments, and handling client inquiries
Taking messages and routing them to the appropriate department or team member
Providing compassionate communication and support during both routine and emergency visits
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Assisting the veterinary team with clerical and administrative duties
Educating clients about basic pet care, services, and promotions
Experience Preferred:
While we are happy to train the right candidate, the following experience is a plus: Previous customer service or front desk experience (veterinary experience preferred)
Familiarity with veterinary software systems
Comfort working with animals and discussing pet health with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
