⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Full Time Veterinary Receptionist Wanted (Denver, NC) compensation: $13.00-$17.00/hour based on Experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Veterinary Receptionist Busy small animal veterinary hospital located in Denver, NC in need of a front desk receptionist. Must be outgoing, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, have sincere compassion for clients and patients, team-oriented, able to maintain full case knowledge and management in a fast-paced work setting. Our animal hospital has four great doctors and a team of staff that will become a second family to you. We also have wonderful clients and great patients that keep you on your toes! Your work day will never be boring! Excellent phone skills and people skills are a must. Good computer skills are also necessary. Your duties would include but are not limited to making appointments; answering phone calls; answering common client veterinary questions; educating clients and potential clients on issues relating to pet care; following up on recommended treatment or post-surgical care and delivering the best customer service possible to our clients. Veterinary experience required.
Scheduled hours:
Monday- Friday 7:00am-6:00pm, Hours may vary during the week . One or two Saturdays a month are required. Saturday hours are from 8:00am- Noon. Work schedule is posted in advance. Must be available to work shifts on a rotating schedule each week.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay will be between $13.00 to 17.00/hour, depending on previous work experiences, previous education, and enthusiasm.
