Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Barnes Wellness Center, PC 1250 East Main Street, Franklin, NC 28734 Energetic, Efficient Chiropractic Administrative Assistant Needed Immediately See the miracles happen! We are a busy and rapidly growing Chiropractic Wellness Center looking for a stellar, experienced, energetic, hardworking, friendly part-time/full-time person to join our team! We are looking for a fun, positive, focused professional who is detail oriented and enjoys multi-tasking with great energy. This position interacts with doctors, patients, staff members, and insurance companies. Position involves offering outstanding customer service, answering phones, exceptional time-management to manage/meet daily routine schedule, organizing workload, insurance verification and handling a busy reception area. Candidates must be computer savvy. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Have a genuine interest in taking good care of yourself and your wellness
  • Maintain opening/closing of office protocols
  • Manage efficient office flow for practice members and treating doctors
  • Cordially answer and manage multiple phone lines
  • Check in/check out of patients
  • Effectively schedule a variety of doctor/patient interactions
  • Discuss patient financials, collect/receive payments and set up multiple visit care pkg arrangements, etc.
  • Prepare and review customized care packages for/with new patients
  • Insurance verification and daily billing accuracy
  • Maintain HIPAA compliant EHR and Patient Charts
  • Maintain retail inventory and place purchase orders
  • Filing and other administrative duties
  • Maintain neat and organized office atmosphere
  • Help place incoming patients on pre-treatment supportive therapies
  • Basic housekeeping tasks (laundry, refilling paper products, cleaning, etc.

)

Requirements :
  • A genuine interest in learning wellness to help people feel better and be healthier
  • Previous chiropractic office or medical office experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Quick/willing learner and Efficient Multi-Tasker
  • Outgoing, Dynamic, Professional Personality
  • Self-starter, Motivated, Dependable and Trustworthy
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm and have working knowledge of Microsoft office and Google suite (gmail, docs, sheets, etc.)
  • Detail orientated team player
  • Strong, confident communication skills, written and oral
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks quickly and correctly
