The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, manage phone etiquette, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
